Casa Campo Verde

Casa Campo Verde is a gated three-storey building in a residential part of Sayulita, about a five-minute walk from the plaza. The ground level is private; the two floors above are separate apartments, each listed on Airbnb for up to two guests. Agua Verde, on the second floor, has one bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with gas stove and oven, and window AC. Its bedroom sits under a curved brick dome, with an east-side balcony facing the hills at sunrise. Cielo Verde, the top-floor unit, has an open great room under a palapa roof with an outdoor kitchenette. Guests share the saltwater pool, outdoor shower, grill and fenced yard. Entry is by keypad, with check-in after 3 p.m. and checkout by 11 a.m. Agua Verde accepts pets; for Cielo Verde the host asks guests to message first. Smoking is outdoors only, and the Agua Verde listing marks it unsuitable for children aged 2 to 12. Neighborhood roosters and dogs mean light sleepers may want earplugs. Street parking is scarce, but two 24-hour lots sit on the same street. In October 2026, Airbnb's calendar showed minimum stays of three nights for Agua Verde and two for Cielo Verde.
