Marea Surf School is a family-owned school on Calle Pelícanos offering lessons for all levels, from first-timers to experienced surfers. You can take a class right on Sayulita's main beach or join a guided trip out to La Lancha, a quieter break south of town. Groups stay small, with no more than four surfers per instructor. Surfboards, rash guards, and transport are all taken care of so you just show up and surf.

All surf lessons include a surfboard, rash guard, and instruction from experienced local coaches. La Lancha surf trips include open-top truck transport to the break, all equipment, and coaching on the water.
Wear your swimwear and bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, plenty of water, and a snack for after the session.
Optional surf lessons on La Lancha trips are not automatically included and can be added separately. Meals and personal snacks are not provided.
