Pilates Sayulita is a dedicated reformer studio in the heart of town, offering Reformer Pilates, Hypopressives, and Mat classes for all levels. The clean, air-conditioned space is equipped with reformer machines and a wall-mounted Cadillac tower. Classes run Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The studio's motto says it all: no shoes, no sand, no worries.

Booking details
All reformer machines and studio equipment are provided. Classes are taught by certified instructors in a fully equipped, air-conditioned studio.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and grip socks if you have them. Bring water and arrive a few minutes early to get set up.
Personal items such as water bottles and towels are not provided. Confirm with the studio before your session.
