Sayulita Yoga Center is a fully air-conditioned studio on the Punta de Mita highway, about an 8-minute walk from the plaza. You'll find classes in Iyengar, Jivamukti, Hatha Flow, Pilates, and more, taught in both English and Spanish. Special events like moon ceremonies and sound baths round out the schedule. All props and mats are provided, so you can just show up and practice.

All yoga props and mats are provided for every class. Certified teachers guide sessions in multiple styles including Iyengar, Jivamukti, Hatha Flow, and Pilates. Special events such as moon ceremonies and sound baths are also offered.
Comfortable workout clothes are all you need. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Arrive a few minutes early to sign in.
Individual class or drop-in fees are not included. Private sessions are separate from group class pricing.
