The Embers is a Mediterranean-Mexican fusion restaurant tucked off Calle Gaviota Sur in Sayulita, with an open-air courtyard strung with papel picado and colorful murals. Chef Andrea Nardo's menu moves from gourmet starters and grilled cuts to seafood linguine and pizza fritta. The bar pours a long list of signature cocktails and wines by the glass or bottle. On weekends the space transforms with live music, DJs, stand-up comedy, and late-night parties.
