Villas Arrecife is a complex of eight villas over three levels on Calle Guanábana, on Sayulita's south side, between Calle Cocos Sur and the road to Punta de Mita. On Airbnb the villas appear as Arrecife Villas plus a number. Villa #3 sleeps two, with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area and a terrace. Villas #1 and #5 sleep four in two bedrooms sharing one bathroom, and add a living room. Every villa has its own entrance, and reaching #5 takes 19 steps. The villas have air conditioning, ceiling fans, wifi, cable TV, a safe, beach towels and a cleaning service. Guests share an outdoor pool reserved for them. The listings give its hours as 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., note that it has no gate, and mark the villas as unsuitable for children under two. A free lot at the entrance holds five cars, and exterior cameras cover the parking area and hallways. Pets are not allowed, though a resident dog lives on site. Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and checkout is by 11 a.m. The host puts the town center and main beach about seven minutes away on foot.
